The ideal duration for a tutoring session is 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, you can choose to do shorter or longer sessions, depending on your expectations and needs. You are the one who decides what is best for your child’s success in school.

The price of a 1 hour 30 minutes session is $67.50, or $45 per hour.

There is no magic formula; it depends on your child’s needs and goals. You can book as many hours and sessions as you deem necessary.

However, we recommend taking a minimum of 6 hours, or 4 sessions of 1h30, so that your child and his tutor have enough time to achieve the goals that they define together.

We have implemented a rigorous recruiting process to ensure the identity, qualifications and skills of our tutors. We certify their knowledge and abilities to meet students’ learning and tutoring needs. Once recruited, we offer our tutors a continuing education program based on a cognitive learning model.

No, our services are exempt from the goods and services tax (GST) and the Quebec sales tax (QST).

You may be able to get a tax credit when your child has received tutoring services from CPS Tutoring. To obtain a tax credit, you must meet certain conditions as defined by the Government of Quebec, including things such as place of residence, duration of tutoring, and family income.
